Some placements on BuyWeed.us are paid advertising: "Featured" listings and "Promoted" slots appear at the top of directory pages with a visible badge. Paying for placement never affects a business's verified status, its ratings, or its reviews — paid promotion only buys visibility. We keep editorial content and paid placement separate.

State legal status, regulatory profiles, and legislative bill tracking are compiled from official public records and updated on a regular schedule (profiles weekly, legislation daily). Our blog and guides are written by our editorial team and reviewed for accuracy.
