Citrus Splash

Citrus Splash is the name of at least two strains. While one is a rare but beloved Lemon Haze and Tangie cross with unclear breeder origins, the more recent Citrus Splash is a bespoke hybrid of Lemon Tree and Orange Zkittlez by Surfr Seeds. The two are easy to mix up because both reportedly live up well to the name, mixing lemony strains with fruit heavy hybrids to produce a refreshing citrus smoke with complex notes of earth, wood, and pine. Origin 1: Balanced hybrid (Unknown Breeder) The older Citrus Splash variety is a Lemon Haze and Tangie cross sometimes known as Splash, though it shouldn’t be confused with The Splash strain from Uncle Dad Vibes (Gushers x Chauffeur). Potent and heady, most reviews describe their smoking experience as cerebral, with a pleasant mental lift, relaxed body high, and accompanying burst of creativity. Buds have a sticky appearance, heavy with trichomes and oversized orange pistils. Origin 2: Sativa leaning (Surfr Seeds) More exotic outside of small grows, the Surfr Seeds variety of Citrus Splash crosses Lemon Tree and Orange Zkittlez to produce another hybrid with an upbeat head high and exquisite bag appeal. Reviews typically describe a more buzzy strain that can occasionally bring on the giggles, while buds have similarly heavy trichome deposits, bursts of purple streaked foliage, and even more prominent pistils.
