Montana Silvertip

Montana Silvertip is a strain that comes to us from The Treasure State. Although less known today, it remains a legendary American strain developed as a cross of Granddaddy Purple and Super Silver Star. With these genetics, this strain comes in hot with a super hazy aromatic appeal. But it also has rich notes of pine, earth, and a mossy forest floor. It usually tests high in pinene, myrcene, and caryophyllene on the terpene front. Genetically, it's mostly a sativa, although it produces relaxing effects, like a happy euphoric buzz and giggly nature. We may never uncover the original Montanan breeder, but you can now find this mountain born DNA in many newer hybrids, including grand Daddy Silvertip.
