Pine Tar

Pine Tar (sometimes known as Pine Tar Kush, Pine Tar OG, or PTK) is a legendary pure indica that was discovered in Pakistan back in the 1980s and brought back to the US by Tom Hill. It's highly sought after as a Pakistani landrace. Like many strains from that region of the world, Pine Tar is an excellent choice for hash production, thanks to its highly resinous nature. Its aromatic profile isn't far off from its strain name. Think: piney, earthy, gassy, and sweet. Other notes you may pick up on include green apple, citrus, and the very familiar pine scented floor cleaner. Despite its pure indica genetics, people say this strain is calm and not potently sedative. People have also reported that, outside of the relaxing effects, it can also lead to a pleasant, chatty session.
