Sun Cake

Sun Cake is a hybrid strain that leans toward the indica side of the spectrum and is bred by SF Cultivators. The breeding and growing operation — based out of (you guessed it) San Francisco, where its bud is most easily found — markets the strain as a cross between Sunset Sherbert and Wedding Cake. Don't get it confused with Sherb Cake, though. Sun Cake flower has a reputation for dense and crystal laden photogenic nugs that are sweet and gassy to the nose, with a complex flavor melding notes of pepper, coffee, and sugar. Expect the strain's highs to hit the body heavy, relaxing joints and muscles, and producing a smooth sedative chill.
