Tarts is an indica leaning hybrid strain that comes from Washington based cultivator Exotic Genetix. It's a crossbreed between Wojo Mints and Grease Monkey. Wojo Mints is a phenotype of the Cream d'Mint strain, while Grease Monkey combines the genetics of GG4 and Cookies N' Cream. Users report that this strain smells overwhelmingly of fruit, including oranges and lemons. Because of its Grease Monkey parent, there are hints of gassiness, too. The taste brings more of the same, with strong citrus flavors. Some users detect a faint taste of gasoline, but the tart fruit notes are the show's stars here. Tarts buds are dark green with deep purple undertones. Bright orange hairs and a frosty layer of white crystal trichomes top the flower, adding a fuzzy and shimmery finish.
