The Glove

The Glove fits into two origin stories. The first variety is a sativa dominant hybrid between Gary Payton and Cali Sunset created by Envy Genetics. The second version, The Glove is a collaboration between Cookies, Powerzzzup, and Seed Junky Genetics, as a cross of Gary Payton and Jealousy. In the latter case, the genetics are more indica leaning. According to the Cookies story, The Glove was named in honor of its Gary Payton heritage. Payton, a Basketball Hall of Famer, earned his nickname "The Glove" for his defensive abilities. The Glove strain will leave you "stuck," just like you'll feel facing Payton on the defense, dribbling up the court. In the Cookies version of this strain, the top terpenes are beta caryophyllene, limonene, and humalene, creating a pleasantly gassy, ammonia esque aroma with a sweet berry flavor.
