Wasabi

Wasabi is primarily the name of two hybrid strains, one from Black Farm Genetix and the other with a less well documented history. The Black Farm Genetix variety is bred from a combination of Do Si-Dos and Orange Punch, producing an indica dominant hybrid that's said to smell like citrus and herbs, though other sources also describe it as creamy and sweet like ice cream. The more widely available Wasabi strain is a combination of Bubba Kush and Super Lemon Haze that rounds its indica and sativa leaning parents into a well balanced hybrid. This variety is sometimes attributed to Cali Connection, though exact details of its breeding history are difficult to find. This variety reportedly has an earthier smell and versatile highs, which likely makes it a better daytime strain compared to Black Farm's Wasabi.
