Lujan Grisham signs Cannabis Regulation Act
Gov. Lujan Grisham signs HB 2 after a special legislative session, making New Mexico one of the first states to legalize adult-use via the legislature. A companion bill (SB 2) provides for automatic expungement, and a single Cannabis Control Division regulates both medical and adult-use.
